- Subscription Data: If you upgrade to a Plus account, we process your subscription status. Payment details are handled by our third party processor, Stripe.

- Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

- Contract: Processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested, such as managing your Plus subscription.

- Google OAuth: For secure authentication. High Vibes Travel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Supabase: For secure database management and user profile storage.
- Stripe: For payment processing. We do not store your financial information on our servers.
International Transfers: Our Service is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from abroad, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure that our processors provide adequate protection for your data through standard contractual clauses or similar legal mechanisms.
